Qohle Gray is entering his second year as a linguistics major at San Francisco State University. Within the discipline, his main interests are sociolinguistics, second-language acquisition, and computational linguistics.
Under the tutelage of Dr. Pratt, Dr. Smirnova, and Dr. Lederer, he aims to attain a Master of Arts in Linguistics to develop a deeper understanding of the nature of language and its role in the human experience.
Qohle currently works as a Special Education Paraeducator in George Washington High School’s Extensive Support Needs program, serving his community while employing linguistic skills to further connect with his students and facilitate their development.
