Regina Neu
( She/Her/Hers )Regina Neu has spent over thirty years of her professional career working in the nonprofit sector. Her experience includes being an Executive Director for two Bay Area nonprofits as well as working in program design and education in museums on the East Coast. Regina has been teaching nonprofit administration courses at the undergraduate and graduate level at San Francisco State University and at California State University, East Bay. She has also been working as a consultant, primarily with small to mid-sized nonprofits, focuses on helping nonprofits increase their efficiency, manage change, and overcome challenges. Her expertise is in board development (training and facilitation), transition management, leadership coaching, needs assessment, and strategic planning. Regina has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
